Chelmsford High School‘s Wellness Fair returned on March 6 after a brief hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The fun-filled, interactive, engaging event that focuses on self-care, fitness and promoting healthy habits and routines for students.

Students in grades 9-12 took time out of their day to visit numerous stations to have their blood pressure checked, learn the proper CPR technique, sample food and tea, take a turn in an impaired driving simulator, hang out with therapy dogs, and much more.
