Dr. Kathleen Ralls, a member of Chelmsford High School’s Class of 1996, was featured Sunday on the award-winning podcast The Story Behind Her Success, hosted by longtime Boston radio voice Candy O’Terry.

Dr. Ralls recently published her first book, Take Her Word For It: Sports Cultivate World Class Leaders, and is the founder/owner of Kathleen Ralls Empowerment and Leadership Coaching. She received her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts; Master’s in Education from American University; and Ph.D. in Education from UMass Lowell.
