The Sun: Chelmsford’s Brett Nolan records hole-in-one at Trull Brook GC

Brett Nolan had no idea he was going to hit the shot of his life.
The Chelmsford resident became the newest member to join the hole-in-one club, acing the sixth hole at Trull Brook Golf Course in Tewksbury on May 22.
“It’s a good feeling,” said Nolan, 23. “It’s a little surreal, I won’t lie.”
Fresh off working a morning shift at Trull’s Pro Shop, Nolan decided to play nine quick holes with co-workers Emma Cole, Finn Croston and Ronni Trull.
Walking up the stairs leading to the elevated tee after putting out on No. 5, Nolan wasn’t thinking of recording an ace.
